We sell a single device for a single problem, and we describe exactly what it does. That's a shorter story than most brands tell — it's also the whole of ours.
Why we started
The neck aisle
is full of nonsense.
Spend an hour looking at neck products online and you'll be told that a pillow realigns your spine, that a vibrating strap cures headaches, and that fifteen minutes will undo a decade of posture. None of it is true, and everybody selling it knows.
Underneath the nonsense there's something real, and it isn't complicated. Warmth relaxes muscle. Support lets a neck rest in the shape it's supposed to hold. Gentle movement helps tissue that's been static all day. Do all three at once, lying down, for a quarter of an hour, and most people feel meaningfully better afterwards.
That's the entire idea behind the Atruvate Cervical Pillow. Not a breakthrough. Just three ordinary things, combined properly, in something you'll actually use because it asks nothing of you.

No medical claims
We don't say the device treats, cures, prevents or diagnoses anything. It's a wellness product. Where a page touches on a condition, it tells you to speak to a clinician — because that's the honest answer, not a disclaimer we're hiding behind.

No invented numbers
No fabricated customer counts, no borrowed star ratings, no "as seen in" logos from magazines that have never heard of us. When we have real numbers, we'll publish those instead.

No manufactured urgency
No countdown timers that reset when you reload the page, no "only three left" on a product we can restock. The price is the price, and it will still be there tomorrow.

We say who it isn't for
If you want deep targeted pressure on one knot, a massage gun beats us. If your neck pain is undiagnosed, see someone before you buy anything. Telling you that costs us orders and keeps the ones we get.
How this works
Small operation,
and we'd rather say so.
We don't own a factory and won't imply we do. NMC Relax is a small online business that works with a manufacturing partner and ships direct to customers. No showroom, no distributor, no retail markup — which is most of the reason a device with three heat levels, three vibration levels and a moulded cervical contour costs what it does here.
It also means we're reachable. Emails go to a person who can actually decide things, which is why our answer to a problem is usually "we'll fix it" rather than a policy number.
In our words
The bit most
brands leave out.
You've probably bought something for your neck before that didn't work. A strap, a gadget, a pillow that promised realignment. That experience is why this site reads the way it does — plain, specific, and occasionally telling you not to buy.
Here's what we think is fair to expect. You lie on it for fifteen minutes. It's warm, it hums gently, your head is properly supported. You get up looser than you lay down. Do that most evenings and the baseline tension you've been carrying tends to come down.
What we won't tell you is that it fixes a disc, ends migraines, or replaces a physiotherapist. It doesn't. Anyone selling you that is either careless or lying, and both should worry you more than an honest product page.
If it turns out not to be for you, send it back within 30 days and we'll refund you. We'd rather lose the sale than keep it badly.
