2. Purpose of this website
This website presents and sells the Atruvate Cervical Pillow to consumers. Placing an order forms a contract governed by our Terms of Service.
3. Nature of the product
The Atruvate Cervical Pillow is a wellness device, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing published on this website constitutes medical advice, and no content here should be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Terms of use
By accessing this website you agree not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, introduce malicious code, scrape or republish its content, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. We may suspend access to anyone who does.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, photography, layout, graphics, source code, the NMC Relax name — is owned by the operator or used under licence. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction or public communication requires prior written permission. Product photography is supplied by our manufacturing partner and used under licence.
If you believe content here infringes your rights, email help@nmcrelax.com and we will respond promptly.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free or continuously available. We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, hosting failures or events outside our reasonable control, nor for the content of third-party sites linked from ours.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including consumers' statutory rights under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution
Email help@nmcrelax.com first. Complaints reach the owner of the business directly.
If we cannot resolve matters between us:
- Consumers in Spain may complain to Kontsumobide, the Basque Government's consumer agency, or to the consumer authorities of their autonomous community. NMC Relax is not currently affiliated to a consumer arbitration board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo), but will consider consumer arbitration case by case.
- Consumers elsewhere in the EU/EEA can find national alternative dispute resolution bodies through the European Commission's consumer redress pages at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and no longer exists.
- Consumers in the United States retain all rights under applicable federal and state consumer protection law, including the FTC's Mail Order Rule on shipment timescales.
9. Applicable law
Governed by Spanish law. Where you are a consumer you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections of your country of habitual residence, and nothing here removes them.
