What's inside

Three things happening at once,
while you do nothing at all.

Most neck products do one thing. Atruvate layers warmth, movement and support together, which is why fifteen minutes on it feels different to fifteen minutes on a heat pad.

Adjustable heat therapy on the Atruvate Cervical Pillow

Warmth

Adjustable heat

Steady, controllable warmth across the back of the neck and the base of the skull. Heat is the oldest trick there is for tight muscles, and the reason is simple — warm tissue relaxes and stretches more easily than cold tissue.

Contoured cervical rest supporting the curve of the neck

Support

Contoured cervical rest

The arc holds your head back and slightly down, letting the front of the neck open and the shoulders drop away from the ears. It's the position your neck spends all day being pulled out of by phones, laptops and pillows that are too tall.

Adjustable vibration therapy on the Atruvate Cervical Pillow

Movement

Adjustable vibration

Gentle oscillation through the muscles either side of the spine. Light enough to be pleasant, firm enough that you feel it working — and adjustable, because what feels good on a stiff Monday is too much on a tender Thursday.

Nine settings

Build the session
your neck needs today.

Three heat levels. Three vibration levels. Tap a combination below to see what it's for — the same way you'd set it on the remote.

Heat

Vibration

Medium heat · Medium vibration

The everyday setting. Enough warmth to loosen things off after a full day at a desk, with vibration you can feel but still fall half asleep to.

Best for: most evenings

The arithmetic

One session at a clinic,
or the whole pillow.

A single appointment with a chiropractor or physical therapist typically runs $80–150 in the US. Atruvate is $49.95, once, and you use it as often as you like.

One clinic session$80–150

To be straight with you: this is not a replacement for a clinician. If something in your neck needs diagnosing, it needs a professional. Atruvate is for the maintenance in between — the part you'd otherwise skip because booking it is a hassle.

Fifteen minutes

What a session
actually looks like.

  1. 0:00

    Lie back

Floor, bed or sofa. Head into the curve, shoulders flat, arms wherever they fall. Switch it on.

  2. 2:00

    The warmth arrives

Heat comes up through the back of the neck. This is the point where most people stop noticing their phone.

  3. 5:00

    Muscles let go

The shoulders drop. If you tend to hold tension at the base of the skull, this is usually where you feel it release.

  4. 15:00

    Sit up slowly

Turn your head both ways before you get up. Most people describe the after-feeling as looser and slightly lighter — and a lot of people fall asleep before they get here.

Honestly

Who this is for,
and who it isn't.

A good fit if you

  • Finish most days with a stiff, heavy neck and tight shoulders
  • Spend hours at a screen and feel it by the evening
  • Want something you can use without booking, driving or undressing
  • Like the feeling of heat on your neck and want more control over it

Not for you if you

  • Have undiagnosed neck pain — see a clinician first, then use this alongside what they tell you
  • Expect a device to fix a structural problem; it manages tension, it doesn't repair anything
  • Want deep, targeted pressure on one knot — a massage gun does that better
  • Are in one of the groups in the safety note below

Before you use it

Atruvate is a wellness device, not a medical device, and nothing on this page is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before using heat or vibration therapy if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have had recent neck surgery or injury, have osteoporosis, thrombosis, reduced skin sensation, diabetes-related neuropathy, or an active skin condition on the neck.

Stop and speak to a professional if use causes pain, dizziness, numbness or tingling. Don't use it on broken skin, don't fall asleep with heat on maximum, and keep sessions to the recommended length.

Before you order

The questions
people actually ask.

How long before I notice anything?

Most people feel looser at the end of the first session — that's the heat and the position doing their work immediately. Whether that carries over into the next day depends on what's causing the tension in the first place, and on using it regularly rather than once. We'd rather say that than promise you a fixed number of days.

How is this different from a heating pad?

A heating pad gives you warmth and nothing else — you still have to hold your head somewhere, usually badly. Atruvate holds the curve of your neck in a supported position, adds vibration through the muscles beside the spine, and lets you set both. The position is the part people underestimate.

Can I use it if I have a herniated disc or arthritis?

Ask your doctor or physiotherapist first, and follow what they tell you. Plenty of people with diagnosed neck conditions use heat and gentle vibration as part of their routine, but we can't tell you whether that's appropriate for your neck — nobody can, without examining it.

How often should I use it?

Fifteen minutes, once a day, is the pattern most people settle into. Twice on a bad day is fine. Longer isn't better — the auto shut-off is there for a reason.

Does it need to be plugged in?

Yes, it runs from the mains using the included adapter. That's what allows consistent heat for a full session without a battery fading halfway through.

Is the vibration loud?

No. It's a low hum rather than a rattle — quiet enough to use next to someone watching television, and quiet enough to fall asleep to, which a fair number of people do.

Can I wash it?

The cover comes off and goes in the machine on a cold cycle. The unit itself wipes clean with a damp cloth — never submerge it, and unplug it first.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Send it back within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you. Use it properly in that time — a device like this deserves more than one evening before you decide. Email help@nmcrelax.com and a person will sort it out.

How fast is delivery?

Free shipping on every order, tracked, typically arriving in 2–3 business days. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it leaves.

30 days to decide

Use it every evening for a month. If your neck doesn't feel better for it, send it back and we'll refund you — no restocking fee and no argument. The 1-year warranty runs alongside that.

if it arrives by then.
